Poha Kheer


3 tblsp ghee
1/2 cup thick poha(beaten rice)
3 cups milk
1 cup jaggery
1 tsp cardamom powder
Nuts for garnishing


  • In a kadai take ghee and roast poha till nice aroma comes
  • add milk and cook till poha becomes soft 
  • Add jaggery and boil till it dissolves
  • Garnish with cardamom powder and nuts  roasted in ghee
  • Serve hot
