Poha Kheer
INGREDIENTS:
3 tblsp ghee
1/2 cup thick poha(beaten rice)
3 cups milk
1 cup jaggery
1 tsp cardamom powder
Nuts for garnishing
PROCEDURE:
- In a kadai take ghee and roast poha till nice aroma comes
- add milk and cook till poha becomes soft
- Add jaggery and boil till it dissolves
- Garnish with cardamom powder and nuts roasted in ghee
- Serve hot
