Veg Jhalfraezi


INGREDIENTS:

1/4 cup cut baby corns
1/4 cup gobi florets(cauliflower)
1/4 cup beans
1/4 cup carrot pieces
4 tsp oil
2 chopped onions
2 red chillies
1 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
3 tsp tomato puree
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
Coriander leaves for garnishing

PROCEDURE:

  • In a pan heat oil and put red chillies and onion chopped and saute for 5 minutes
  • add cut veggies ,Salt to taste and turmeric powder and keep covered for 10 minutes
  • When it is nearly done,add ginger garlic paste,tomato puree,chilli powder,garam masala powder and mix well 
  • Cook for 5 minutes till the masala coats the veggies
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with phulkas
