Paper Dosa


INGREDIENTS:

1 cup dosa rice
1 cup urad dal
3/4 cup moong dal
1 tsp methi seeds(fenugreek seeds)
1 cup rice flour
1 cup maida (all purpose flour)
Salt to taste

PROCEDURE:

  • Soak rice ,urad dal, moong dal and methi seeds  in water for 5-6 hours
  • Grind to a smooth  batter 
  • Mix rice flour and maida in 4 cups of water and keep 
  • Next day morning throw the water  from  the flour mixture
  • Mix the flour paste and ground batter ,salt 
  • Make thin dosas
  • Serve with chutney
