Mughalai Anda Masala



INGREDIENTS:

3 boiled eggs
2 chopped onions
1 green chilli
1 chopped tomato
2 tsp + 4 tsp oil or ghee
2 tblsp kaaju badam paste
1/4 cup coconut milk or normal milk
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp kasuri methi
2 tsp red chilli powder
salt to taste
chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
PROCEDURE:

  • Ina pan heat oil or ghee and saute onion,green chilli and tomatoes for 10 minutes and make paste with soaked kaaju badam
  • Heat remaining ghee or oil in a pan and put masala 
  • Add ginger garlic paste and fry
  • Put all the spices and fry for 2 minutes
  • add coconut milk ,1/2 cup water,salt to taste and boiled eggs
  • Make it boil and garnish with chopped coriander leaves and grated boiled egg
  • Serve with roti or naan
