Got this yummy recipe from the cookery show SNACK ATTACK--Z KHANA KHAZANA!Thanx to the chef RANVEER BRAR!! the recipe is rice crispy bars ! But I made laddoos instead of bars!!
INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup jaggery
- 1 cup puffed rice
- ¼ cup crushed cornflakes
- 2 tbsp crushed nuts
- Butter as required
- Melted chocolate as required
METHOD
- In a pan melt the jaggery, after it melts cook for 3 to 4 minutes and then switch off the gas.
- Then add the puffed rice, crushed cornflakes and crushed nuts in the mixture and mix it well.
- Apply butter on a base and rolling pin, put the mixture on the base and set it.
- Apply butter on a knife and cut the flattened mixture into bars.
