Puffed Rice Laddoos


Got this yummy recipe from the cookery show SNACK ATTACK--Z KHANA KHAZANA!Thanx to the chef  RANVEER BRAR!! the recipe is rice crispy bars ! But I made laddoos instead of bars!!

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup jaggery 
  • 1 cup puffed rice 
  • ¼ cup crushed cornflakes 
  • 2 tbsp crushed nuts 
  • Butter as required
  • Melted chocolate as required

METHOD

  • In a pan melt the jaggery, after it melts cook for 3 to 4 minutes and then switch off the gas.
  • Then add the puffed rice, crushed cornflakes and crushed nuts in the mixture and mix it well.
  • Apply butter on a base and rolling pin, put the mixture on the base and set it.
  • Apply butter on a knife and cut the flattened mixture into bars.
