Bhindi Crispies


INGREDIENTS:
10 nos bhindi /lady's finger
2 tsp chilli powder
4 tblsp corn flour
3 tsp rice flour
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp cumin powder
curry leaves chopped
1 tsp vinegar
Salt to taste
OIL FOR DEEP FRYING

PROCEDURE:

  • Wash and wipe bhindis and slit into 2 or 4 pieces
  • Mix it with all the ingredients (except oil)
  • Just before frying sprinkle little water and mix it
  • Deep fry in oil till it becomes crispy.
