Coriander leaves gojju


INGREDIENTS:
1 cup chopped coriander leaves
2 tblsp  grated fresh coconut
1 green chilli
1 roasted red chilli
Tamarind
Salt to taste
Jaggery to taste

FOR TEMPERING:
2 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard
1 sprig  curry leaves

PROCEDURE:

  • Grind all the ingredients with water as required and temper with the ingredients
  • Serve with hot rice and dal or rasam
