Gojju Pudi



INGREDIENTS:
1 cup chana dal
3/4 cup urad dal
3/4 cup sesame seeds
1 tsp fenugreek / methi seeds
1/2 cup dry coconut
10 red chillies

PROCEDURE:

  • Dry roast all the above ingredients separately and make powder
  • Store it in an airtight jar  and store in refrigerator
  • Use with any vegetables and make gojju
