Veg. Cutlets


INGREDIENTS:
1 cup boiled n mashed potatoes
1/2 cup grated veggies like cabbage,carrot ,french beans
2 tsp +oil for deep frying
1 tsp cumin seeds/ jeera
1 finely chopped onion
2 crushed green chillies
1 tsp red chilli pdr
1/2 tsp turmeric pdr
1/2 tsp garam masala
3 tsp daliya pdr (roasted chana pdr ) or  fresh bread crumbs or corn flour
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs

PROCEDURE:

  • In a kadai take 2 tsp oil and add jeera,onion chopped and saute for 5 minutes
  • Add grated veggies and saute for 2 mins
  • Put all the spices,green chillies,and mix well
  • Transfer it in a bowl ,add boiled potatoes,salt,coriander leaves,bread crumbs and combine well
  • Devide into portions
  • Make balls and flatten it and give shape of your choice
  • Roll it in dry bread crumbs and deep fry in oil
  • Serve hot with ketchup or green chutney
