Hara Bhara Paneer Roll





INGREDIENTS:
FOR THE ROTI:
1 cup wheat flour
2 tblsp blanched  palak / spinach puree
salt to taste
Water as needed

FOR THE STUFFING:
1 cup crumbled paneer
3 tsp oil
2 finely chopped onions
1 chopped tomato
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 chopped green chilli
1 tsp red chilli pdr
1/2 tsp pav haji masala or garam masala
1/2 tsp turmeric pdr
Salt to taste
chopped coriander leaves

PROCEDURE:

  • Mix the ingredients of the   roti  in a bowl and knead the soft dough and keep aside
  • In a pan heat oil and saute chopped onions till transparent
  • Add ginger garlic paste and fry 
  • Put the chopped tomatoes and cook till it becomes mushy
  • add all the spices  and fry for 3 mins
  • Now add the crumbled paneer,salt to taste and toss well
  • finish with chopped coriander leaves
  • Make rotis with thedough and keep around 2 tblsp sabji in the center and roll it
  • Serve hot with ketchup
