Salt n Vinegar Potato

This recipe belongs to Master chef Sanjeev Kapoor!! Very simple n easy recipe with minimum ingredients.so sharing it with all of you  !!enjoy this with rice or roti!!
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Parboiled baby potatoes
1/2 tsp vinegar
1 tsp salt
2 tblsp butter
1/4 cup spring onion whites roughly chopped
1/4 cup spring onion greens finely chopped
1 1/2 tsp crushed pepper
12 tsp vinegar

PROCEDURE:
  • Parboil the potatoes with salt and 1/2 tsp vinegar
  • Peel it , cut  into half and keep aside( You can use with skin also )
  • In a pan heat butter and saute chopped onions  for 5 mins
  • Add boiled potatoes and fry till it becomes light brown in colour
  • Add Salt to taste ,pepper ,spring onion greens and vinegar
  • Toss well and serve hot.
