Beetroot Palya
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup boiled and chopped beetroot
1 chopped onion
3 tsp oil
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves
FOR THE MASALA:
2 Tblsp fresh coconut grated
1 tsp red chilli pdr
2 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp coriander pdr
Grind the above into a coarse paste without water
PROCEDURE:
1 cup boiled and chopped beetroot

FOR THE MASALA:

Grind the above into a coarse paste without water
PROCEDURE:
- In a kadai fry onion chopped for 5 mins
- Add masala and fry for 5 mins
- Put the boiled beetroot,salt and toss well
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with roti
