Prawn Pepper Roast
INGREDIENTS:
15 nos deveined n cleaned prawns
1/4 cup roughly chopped spring onion whites
1 tblsp finely chopped spring onion greens
1 tsp soya sauce
1/2 tsp vinegar
4 tsp oil
2 tblsp capsicum cut into cubes
2 tsp cornflour mixed in 1/2 cup water
1 tsp CHING'S CHILLI MASALA PDR
Salt to taste
FOR THE MASALA PASTE:
1Tsp cumin seeds/ jeera
2 tsp pepper corns or according to your taste
6 garlic cloves
1/2 inch ginger
Grind the above into a paste
PROCEDURE:

Grind the above into a paste
PROCEDURE:
- In a pan heat oil and fry the ground paste till the raw smell goes
- Add the chopped onions and saute till it becomes translucent
- Add the prawns,salt and cook
- When it is almost cooked add capsicum, soua sauce, vinegar and toss well
- Add the cornflour slurry and CHING'S CHILLI MASALA PDR and cook till it is blended
- If you want gravy then add more cornflour slurry
- Garnish with chopped spring onion greens and serve hot with any rice.
