Dahi matar gobi


INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup boiled gobi/ cauliflower florets
1/4 cup boiled green peas
4 tsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp kasuri methi
crushed 1 green chilli n 1/2 inch ginger
salt to taste
chopped coriander leaves

MAKE A PASTE OF:
1/2 cup curd
1/2 tsp turmeric pdr
1 tsp daniya/coriander pdr
1 tsp cumin/jeera pdr
2 tsp red chilli pdr
1 tsp garam masala
1 tblsp besan/gram flour

PROCEDURE:

  • In a kadai heat oil ,add jeera,kasuri methi and fry for a minute
  • Add crushed ginger chilli paste and fry 
  • Add curd and spices paste and fry for 2 mins
  • Now put the boiled green peas n gobi florets,salt to taste and make it boil for 5 mins
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with hot phulkas!!
