Ragi Idli with Molga Podi
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup urad dal
1 1/2 cup idli rava
1/2 cup ragi flour/ finger millet flour
Salt to taste
PROCEDURE:
- Soak dal in water for 5-6 hrs
- Wash and grind in wet grinder into a semi thick smooth batter
- Wash idli rava and mix with dal,ferment for 5-6 hrs
- Next day add ragi flour,salt to taste and steam in cooker or idli steamer for 15- 20 mins
- serve hot with chutney or molga podi and coconut oil!!
