Dal ki Roti




IF YOU HAVE LEFTOVER DAL ,THEN TRY THIS ROTI ...I HAD TRIED THIS ROTI WITH LEFTOVER NORTH INDIAN DAL FRY AND IT TASTED AWESOME...SO SHARING IT WITH YOU...PLEASE TRY THIS ...

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup leftover dal fry
Wheat flour as required to make a soft dough
Salt to taste (as  dal has salt be careful while adding salt)
Oil or ghee to cook rotis

PROCEDURE:

  • Take dal in a bowl,add flour as needed and make a soft dough
  • Make rotis and cook on both the sides with 2-3 tsp oil or ghee
  • Serve with chutney or any sabji!!
INGREDIENTS FOR TINDE KI SABJI:
5 tindas washed and cut into cubes
3-4 tsp oil
1 chopped onion
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmeric pdr
2 tsp red chilli pdr
1 tsp da pdr
1/2 tsp jeera pdr
1/2 tsp garam masala pdr
1/4 cup curds
salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves

PROCEDURE:
  • In cooker put oil and saute onion till it turns light pinkish colour
  • Add ginger garlic paste and fry well
  • Put all the spice powders ,fry for a minute
  • Add tinda chopped,salt,curd and little water and close the lid of cooker
  • Switch off the gas after2-3 whistles
  • Open the cooker,add chopped coriander leaves and tos well
  • Serve with hot rotis!!
