THIS IS A TYPICAL KONKANI STYLE DOSA PREPARED FOR BREAKFAST... IT MEANS COARSELY GROUND BATTER DOSA...ENJOY THIS DOSA WITH FRESH BUTTER OR CHUTNEYINGREDIENTS:
1 Cup dosa rice(raw rice)
1/4 cup boiled rice(ukda chaval)
1 cup fresh grated coconut
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking dosa
PROCEDURE:
- Soak both the rice in water for 5-6 hrs ,wash and grind with coconut into a little coarse batter (rava consistency)
- Add water and adjust the consistency of the batter (pouring consistency)
- add salt,heat tava and put one full ladle of batter
- Spread the batter and make dosa
- Flip after one side is cooked
- Cook both the sides adding 2 tsp oil
- Serve hot with fresh butter or coconut chutney or any spicy curry !!
