15 nos seedless dates
1/2 cup cornflakes
1/4 cup almonds
1 tsp ghee
- Dry roast almonds and crush it or chop finely
- Finely chop dates
- In a pan put ghee and saute chopped dates only for 2-3 mins
- It becomes soft and forms a lump
- Remove from flame ,add crushed cornflakes,almonds and shape into laddus
- And your yummy ,healthy laddus are ready to eat !!
- You can use cashew nuts and raisins also !!
