Nutty Capsicum

2 capsicums cut into cubes
1 chopped onion
5 tsp oil
5 chopped garlic cloves
curry leaves

1 tsp turmeric pdr
2-3 tsp rasam pdr
3 tblsp fresh grated coconut
2 tblsp roasted ,crushed peanuts
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves 
1 tsp lime juice


  • In oil fry curry leaves,chopped garlic till it becomes light brown, followed by chopped onion
  • Fry till onion becomes transparent and add chopped capsicum,salt to taste and cook on a medium flame
  • Once it is almost cooked add,turmeric pdr,rasam pdr ,coconut and mix well
  • Add peanut crushed ,lime juice and chopped coriander leaves and the sabji is done
  • Enjoy with hot phulkas!!!
