Punjabi sabz pulav

1cup cooked rice
1/2cup chopped veggies like carrot,beans,gobi,capsicu and green peas
1 sliced onion
1 slit green chilli
1/2 tsp turmeric pdr
1 tsp biryani masala
1/2 tsp chilli pdr
5 tsp oil
1 lavang
piece of cinnamon
1 tsp lemon juice
chopped coriander leaves


  • Heat oil in a pan,put lavang,cinnamon,slced onions and fry till it becomes translucent
  • Add green chillies,all veggies,lil salt and cook covered with a lid till the veggies are cooked
  • Add all the spice powders,fry for a minute
  • Put the cooked rice,salt and lime juice and toss well
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with raita!!!
