2 tblsp roasted chana dal/ hurigadale/ putani
4-5 garlic cloves
4 dry red chillies soaked in warm water for 30 mins
1 tsp seedless tamarind
1/4 cup chopped onion
Salt to taste
Water to grind chutney
- Take the ingredients in a small blender or chutney grinder
- Add little water and grind to a smooth paste
- Serve with mysore masala ,paper dosa or any other dosas!!
- If you dont like the raw smell of onion and garlic then slightly roast them in little oil and use!!
