Corn cheese balls
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup corn kernels coarsely ground
3 crushed green chillies
1/2 inch ginger crushed
2 tblsp corn flour
1/2 tsp crushed pepper
1 tsp chopped garlic or garlic pdr
2 -3 tblsp grated cheese
Salt to taste
1/4 cup warm milk
bread crumbs
Oil for deep frying
PROCEDURE:
- Put the ingredients no 1-8 in a bowl annd mix well
- Make balls and keep in the fridge for 15 mins
- Heat oil to deep fry the balls
- Dip the balls in milk and roll each ball in bread crumbs and deep fry into crisp balls on a medium flame
- Serve hot with ketchup or any dip of your choice!!!
