Gobi Pepper Chilli


INGREDIENTS:
2 cups gobi florets,wash and put in salt water for 20 mins and drain
Oil for deep frying

FOR MARINATION:
1/4 cup corn flour
1/4 cup rice flour
1 tsp pepper pdr
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste

FOR THE SAUCE:
4 tsp oil
2 chopped green chillies
1/2 inch ginger finely chopped
8 garlic cloves finely chopped
2 onions roughly chopped
2 tsp crushed pepper
4 tsp tomato sauce
3 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp vinegar
2 tsp CHINGS CHILLI OR MANCHURIAN MASALA
Salt to taste
1/4 cup water
3 tblsp finely  chopped spring onion greens
2 tblsp finely chopped coriander leaves

PROCEDURE:

  • Put the drained gobi florets in a bowl and marinate with the ingredients mentioned using water as required
  • Heat oil and deep fry into crisp fritters and keep aside
  • Heat oil in a pan ,add chopped ginger,garlic,green chillies and fry till they become brown
  • Put the chopped onions and saute till transparent
  • Add all the sauces,vinegar, pepper pdr,chings masala pdr ,fry for a minute and add water and give a quick boil
  • Add the fried gobi fritters,salt to taste,and toss well so that the sauce is coated well to all the fritters
  • Finally garnish with the chopped greens and enjoy  with rice or noodles !!!
