Kurle ghashi/ Crab curry


INGREDIENTS:
3 crabs,cleaned n cut into pieces
Salt to taste
FOR THE MASALA:
1 cup grated coconut
little tamarind
4-5 red chillies roasted in little oil
Grind these ingredients into a fine paste and keep aside

FOR THE TEMPERING:
2 finely chopped onions
6 tsp oil

PROCEDURE:

  • Put the cleaned fish pieces,masala paste ,salt in a broad vessel,add water and adjust the consistency
  • Make it boil till the fish is cooked,takes around 15 mins
  • In a pan take oil and fry the chopped onions till dark brown and add this tempering to the prepared curry 
  • Serve hot with hot rice!!!
