Plain crispy dosa


THANKS TO PRAMOD KUDVA FOR THE RECIPE!!!

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup dosa rice
1/2 cup moong dal/split skinless green gram
1/2 cup urad dal
1 tblsp toor dal
1 tblsp chana dal
3 tblsp poha/avalakki/beaten rice
1 tsp methi/fenugreek seeds
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking dosa

PROCEDURE:

  • Soak dals rice and methi seeds in water for 6 hrs
  • Wash poha and grind with the soaked,washed dal-rice mixture into a fine batter
  • Allow the batter to ferment overnight
  • Add salt ,mix well and make dosa,serve hot with coconut chutney or sambar!!!
