1 cup dosa rice
1/2 cup moong dal/split skinless green gram
1/2 cup urad dal
1 tblsp toor dal
1 tblsp chana dal
3 tblsp poha/avalakki/beaten rice
1 tsp methi/fenugreek seeds
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking dosa
- Soak dals rice and methi seeds in water for 6 hrs
- Wash poha and grind with the soaked,washed dal-rice mixture into a fine batter
- Allow the batter to ferment overnight
- Add salt ,mix well and make dosa,serve hot with coconut chutney or sambar!!!
