Rava Tengol

1 cup rava
2 cups rice flour
2 cups water
2 tsp sesame seeds/til
2 tsp jeera/cumin seeds
little hing/asafoetida pdr
Salt to taste

PROCEDURE:

  • Put rava in the mixer and make fine powder
  • Boil 2 cups water ,add rava and cook till it becomes a lump like upma
  • Let it cool,then add rice flour,salt,hing,til and jeera,mix well
  • Add water if needed to adjust  the consistency of the dough
  • Heat oil and make tengol or chaklis
  • Store in an airtight container !!!
