Kulitha Saarupkari


INGREDIENTS:
1 cup soaked and boiled kulithu/ horse gram/ Huruli kaalu
4 tsp oil
10 garlic cloves crushed
3-4 broken red chillies 
Salt to taste

PROCEDURE:

  • Add water and salt to the boiled horse gram according to your taste ,make it boil for 5 mins
  • Heat oil,fry the crushed garlic and red cillies till dark brown and add it to the boiled horsegram
  • And your saarupkari is ready to serve with white rice !!!
