Lobhiya masala


INGREDIENTS:
1 cup boiled lobhiya/ alsande bee/ black eyed beans
5 tsp oil
1 tsp jeera
2 finely chopped onions
1 finely chopped tomato
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmeric pdr
2 tsp red chilli pdr
1 tsp kitchen king masala or any other garam masala
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves

PROCEDURE:

  • In a pan heat oil, add jeera,chopped onions and saute till it becomes transparent
  • Addtomato and fry till it becomes mushy,followed by ginger garlic paste
  • Fry till the raw smell goes, add turmeric,chilli pdr,garam masala pdr and fry for 2 mins
  • Add boiled lobhiya,salt to taste ,1/2 cup water and make it boil for 10 mins
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
  • Serve hot with roti or naan !!!
