Choco Almond Fudge


INGREDIENTS:
1 cup finely chopped Almond and cashews
10 gms butter
400 gms condensed milk
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup cocoa pdr
2 tblsp maida
Butter for greasing

PROCEDURE:

  • Add butter in a pan, once it melts add maida,condensed milk and  mix well
  • Add cocoa pdr,powdered sugar and mix well
  • Cook on slow heattill the mixture thickens
  • Add some chopped nuts and mix
  • Grease a tray with butter and pour the mixture in it
  • Smoothen the surface and add remaining nuts on top and press lightly
  • Refrigerate for 15 mins and cut into pieces and serve !!!
