Crispy Prawns
INGREDIENTS:
10 nos prawns cleaned ,deveined
Oil for deep frying
4 tblsp rice flour
2 tsp fine rava
FOR THE MARINATION:
Make a paste of
3 tblsp corn flour
1 tblsp besan
2 tblsp rice flour
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
3 tsp chilli pdr
1 tsp chat masala
Salt to taste
PROCEDURE:
- Marinate the prawns with the mentioned ingredients and keep for 2 mins
- Roll the marinated prawns in the mixture of rice flour and rava
- Heat oil and deep fry the prawns till it becomes crisp
- Serve hot with sauce or schezwan chutney !!!
