Curd Dosa

2 cups rice
1 cup thin poha/ avalakki
1 cup curd or thick buttermilk
1 tsp methi seeds
Pinch of soda
Salt to taste
Oil for making dosa


  • Soak rice,methi seeds in water for 5-6 hrs
  • Wash rice,poha and grind with curds and keep covered overnight for fermentation
  • Next day add soda,salt to taste and water to adjust the consistency
  • Heat tava n make thick dosas 
  • Serve hot with chutney!!!
