Tomato Garlic Rasam


INGREDIENTS:
2 tomatoes 
2 -3 tsp rasam pdr
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves

FOR THE TEMPERING:
4 tsp oil/ ghee
7-8 crushed garlic cloves

PROCEDURE:

  • Wash tomatoes and chop finely
  • Cook the tomatoes in cooker for 2 whistles with 3 cups water
  • Transfer it in a vessel,add salt,rasam pdr and boil it
  • Drop in the chopped coriander leaves
  • Temper with the mentioned ingredients
  • Serve hot with hor rice and papad!!!
