Sweet Corn Soup


INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup sweet corn kernels
1/2 carrot finely chopped
8 beans finely chopped
2 baby corns finely sliced
4 garlic cloves finely chopped
4 tsp oil
2 tsp vinegar
Salt to taste
2 tsp crushed pepper pdr
Pinch of sugar
2-3 tsp corn flour 

PROCEDURE:

  • Take half portion of sweet corn and blend in mixer ,make a fine paste and keep aside
  • In a pan heat oil ,add garlic chopped and saute till it becomes light brown 
  • Add chopped carrot beans  and saute till it is cooked 50%
  • Add sweet corn kernels,sliced baby corn ,salt to taste and saute for 2-3 mins
  • Put 3-4 cups water ,Sweet corn paste ,vinegar,sugar and boil it
  • Mix corn flour in 1/4 cup water and add to the boiling soup,stir continuously, 
  • Give one boil, until it becomes thick
  • Serve hot with crushed pepper powder !!!
