Aloo Pyaz ka Paratha ( dhaba style)


INGREDIENTS:
2 boiled and mashed potatoes
1 big finely chopped onion
2 finely chopped green chillies
1/2 tsp turmeric pdr
1/2 tsp red chilli pdr
1 tsp cumin / jeera pdr
1 tsp coriander / daniya pdr
1 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp Chat masala
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves
Oil or ghee for cooking paratha

FOR THE ROTI:
2 cups wheat flour/ atta
Salt to taste
3 tsp oil
Mix the above ingredients,add water as required and make a soft dough
Keep the dough covered for 15 mins

PROCEDURE:

  • Take boiled potatoes in a bowl,add all the otheringredients(except oil), combine well and keep
  • Devide the dough into portions,make balls and roll into thick small roti
  • Put some potato filling in the center ,cover it with the dough,make ball and roll it into paratha
  • Heat tava and roast parathas in a medium flame till it becomes golden brown and crisp
  • Serve hot with butter,curds and pickle.
