Cashew Chicken


INGREIDENTS:
2  chicken breast pieces
5 tsp oil
2 finely sliced onions
5-6 cashew nuts
1 tsp ghee
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves

FOR MARINATION:
1/2 cup  curd
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste

TO MAKE FINE POWDER:
In 1 tsp oil fry one handful curry leaves and 1/4 cup cashew nuts and make powder with 4 tsp red chilli powder

PROCEDURE:

  • Heat oil in a pan ,saut cashews, onions till light brown
  • Add the marinated chicken, ground powder and toss well
  • Add salt and 1/4 cup water,cook till done
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and cashew nuts
  • Serve hot with rice or pulav.
