Instant Rava Dhokla


INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup semolina / fine rava
1/2 cup curds
1/2 tsp ENO fruit salt
Salt to taste

FOR SERVING 
Green chutney 

For tempering:
3 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard
curry leaves 1 tsp jeera

PROCEDURE:

  • In a bowl mix rava and curds with salt to taste and keep covered for 20 mins
  • After 20 mins it becomes thick,if it is too thickadd little water and adjust the consistency (like idli batter)
  • Now add the fruit salt,mix getly and steam immediately for 20 mins
  • Cut it into pieces ,apply green chutney and garnish with the tadka
