Kadgi kabab / Raw jackfruit kabab


INGREDIENTS:
1 cup steamed or parboiled jackfruit cut into cubes
Oil for frying
2 slit green chillies
curry leaves

FOR MARINATION:
2 tblsp thick curd or vinegar
2 tsp red chilli pdr
1 tsp roasted jeera pdr
1 tsp daniya pdr
1 tsp garam masala pdr
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Little chat masala
2 tblsp corn flour
1 tblsp rice flour
Salt to taste
Mix all the ingredients and make thick paste.

PROCEDURE:

  • Once the steamed jackfruit cubes comes to room temperature, marinate it with the prepared paste and keep aside for 30 mins
  • Heat oil and deep fry the kababs on medium flame till it becomes crisp
  • Garnish with fried green chillies and curry leaves, serve hot.
