Urad Moong dal dosa with chutney


INGREDIENTS:
1 cup urad dal
1 cup moong dal
Salt to taste
1 inch finely chopped ginger
2 finely chopped green chillies
Oil for making dosa

PROCEDURE:

  • Soak both dals in water for 4-5 hrs,wash and grind into a smooth batter
  • Keep the batter covered for 2-3 hrs (you can also use immediately)
  • Before making dosa dd salt,chopped ginger,green chillies,mix well 
  • Heat tava and make thin dosas adding 2-3 tsp oil
  • Cook both the sides and serve hot with coconut chutney
