Neer dosa with jackfruit seeds curry
Neer dosa ingredients:
1 cup dosa rice
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking dosa
PROCEDURE:
- Soak rice in water for 3-4 hrs ,wash it
- Grind with salt adding water into a fine paste
- Make a thin batter
- Heat tava and make thin dosas,adding 1-2 tsp oil
- No need to flip dosa ,as it is cooked only one side
- No fermentation is required
Normally grated coconut is added to this dosa while grinding. but I make it without coconut.If you want You can add 1/2 cup coconut gratings while grinding rice.
Jackfruit seeds curry:
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup jackfruit seeds cut into pieces and boiled
2 chopped onions
2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp tamarind pulp
Salt to taste
PROCEDURE:

PROCEDURE:
- In a pan take oil and fry onions till light brown in colour
- Add chilli powder and fry for 3 minutes
- Add tamarind pulp
- Put boiled jackfruit seeds ,salt to taste ,1/4 cup water and cook for 5 minutes
- Serve with hot rice and dal
