Zuchchini Paratha
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup grated zuchchini
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 crushed green chillies or 1/2 tsp pepper or chilli powder
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
Corriander leaves
For roti:
2 cups wheat flour
Salt to taste
water
Knead the soft dough to make rotis
PROCEDURE:
- Squeeze out all the water from grated zuchchini
- Mix chopped onion,and all masalas with it
- Make a big lemon size ball from the dough and roll it a little ,keep 3 tsp stuffing in the centre ,sprinkle pinch of salt and cover it
- Roll it into a thick roti and roast on tava with ghee or oil
- Serve hot with dal or curd and pickles
Note:dont add salt to the mixture.You have to add salt only when you roll the parathas.Because zuchchini will leave the water and it will be difficult for you to roll the paratha.
