Mumbai Sandwich Chutney
1 cup washed , tightly packed coriander leaves
2 green chillies
4 garlic cloves
1 tsp jeera/ cumin seeds
1 tsp chaat masala pdr
1 tsp lemon juice or amchur pdr
2 tblsp roasted daliya / putani/ kadle pappu
2 tblsp mota or thin sev
Salt to taste
- Put all the ingredients in a blender
- Blend it into a smooth paste adding little water
- Store in the fridge.
- Use this chutney for sandwich, parathas, any chaat items, samosa or cutlets
- Just mix little chutney with some fresh thick curds and make curd dip and enjoy with nachos or wafers.
