Chicken Manchow Soup
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup shredded chicken
5 cups water
2 tblsp carrot finely chopped
,3 tblsp mushrooms finely chopped
2 tsp capsicum finely chopped
3 spring onion whites chopped
2 tblsp spring onion greens finely chopped
4 garlic cloves chopped
1/2 inch ginger chopped
2 green chillies chopped
2 tsp soya sauce
2 tblsp corn flour
1/4 tsp ajinomoto
1/2 tsp vinegar
1 1/2 tsp pepper pdr
salt to taste
3 tsp oil
!/4 cup boiled ,deep fried noodles
PROCEDURE:

PROCEDURE:
- In a pan heat oil and sauteSpring onions chopped, ginger, garlic ,green chillies chopped and chicken shredded till the chicken is cooked
- Put the chopped carrot and cook for 5 mins
- Add capsicum and mushrooms and toss it
- Add salt,water and all the other ingredients except spring onion greens and cornflour
- When it starts boiling add corn flour mixed in 1/4 cup water and mix well
- Boil for another 5 mins and garnish with chopped spring onion greens and serve hot with fried noodles
