Andhra chilli Chicken




INGREDIENTS:

250 grams chicken pieces
4-5 green chillies
6 garlic cloves
1 tsp ajinamoto
1 tsp vinegar
2 tsp soya sauce
4 tsp oil
salt to taste
2 tbsp cornflour slury
Corriander leaves for garnishing

PROCEDURE:

  • In a kadai take oil and put finely chopped garlic and slit green chillies n saute it
  • Add washed chicken pieces and cover with lid
  • When it is half boiled add ajinamoto and salt
  • when it is nearly done add  soya sauce, vinegar and cornflour slury 
  • Mix well and garnish with corriander leaves
  • serve hot with lemon wedges
