Crispy Veg




INGREDIENTS:

2 cups veggies like cauliflower,potato,baby corn, carrot, beans
4 tbsp corn flour
3 tbsp maida
3 tsp soya sauce
1/2 tsp pepper powder

Mix these ingredients withwater and salt to taste and make thick paste  and marinate the cut veggies and deep fry till it becomes crispy

FOR TEMPERING:

3 tsp oil
2 chopped green chillis
2  tsp chopped ginger garlic
1 tsp chilli powder
 2 chopped onions
1 tsp soya sauce
1/2 tsp vinegar
1 tsp tomato ketchup
1/4 cup cornflour slury
salt to taste
corriander leaves
curry leaves


PROCEDURE:


  • In kadai take oil and saute onion, ginger,garlic and green chillies
  • Add soya sauce,tomato ketchup,vinegar,chilli powder and fry for 2 minutes
  • Add cornflour slury n cook
  • When the sauce becomes thick add fried veggies and mix well
  • Garnish with corriander leaves n fried curry leaves
