Katori Chaat
INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup Maida
1 Cup Chiroti Rava
1/2 cup boiled sprouted Moong
1/2 cup diced-boiled Potatoes
1/4 cup Chopped Onions
1 tsp Chilli Powder
1 tsp Chat Masala
1/2 tbsp Tamarind Chutney
Salt to taste
Corriander leaves
Shev
PROCEDURE:
- Make dough by kneading chiroti rava and maida with Ghee and little salt.
- Keep the dough aside for 2 hrs.
- Grease the bottom of a bowl (externally), make puris with the dough and place it around the bowl.
- Deep fry these until they turn brown and crispy.
- Once they cool, add mixture of potatoes mixed with chilli powder,chat masala, salt and tamarind chutney.
- Add sprouted moong and onions over this.
- Finish the dish by garnishing with Shev and Corriander leaves.
