Mushroom Ghee Roast


INGREDIENTS:
1 Packet Mushroom ( 10 -12)
12 Byadagi or Kashmiri Red Chillies
4 cloves of Garlic
1/2 tsp Corriander seeds
1/4 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Lime juice
2 tbsp Ghee
Salt to taste
MARINADE:
1 tsp Chilli powder
1/4 cup Curd

PROCEDURE:

  • Marinate the mushrooms in curd and chilli powder for 1 hr.
  • Make the masala paste by grinding the chillies,garlic cloves, corriander seeds and cumin to a fine paste.
  • In a kadai, heat some ghee and fry the ground masal till it loses its rawness.
  • All the marinated Mushrooms and reduce the gravy.
  • Serve hot with Rotis or any other Rice Dish.
