Mushroom Ghee Roast
INGREDIENTS:
1 Packet Mushroom ( 10 -12)
12 Byadagi or Kashmiri Red Chillies
4 cloves of Garlic
1/2 tsp Corriander seeds
1/4 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Lime juice
2 tbsp Ghee
Salt to taste
MARINADE:
1 tsp Chilli powder
1/4 cup Curd
PROCEDURE:
- Marinate the mushrooms in curd and chilli powder for 1 hr.
- Make the masala paste by grinding the chillies,garlic cloves, corriander seeds and cumin to a fine paste.
- In a kadai, heat some ghee and fry the ground masal till it loses its rawness.
- All the marinated Mushrooms and reduce the gravy.
- Serve hot with Rotis or any other Rice Dish.
Hi you have mentioned lime juice in ingredients - where do we use this?
