Corn Pakoda
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup sweet corn kernels (boiled)
2 chopped onions
3 green chillies chopped
5 tblsp rice powder
2 tblsp bengal gram flour(besan)
Salt to taste
Corriander leaves
Oil for frying
PROCEDURE:
Mix all the above ingredients (except oil) with very little water and deep fry giving round shape or an uneven shape
Serve hot with ketchup or chutney
