Gobi Sabji
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups cauliflower florets
1 chopped onion
3 green chillies
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 chopped tomato
4 methi seeds (fenugreek)1 tsp mustard
coriander leaves
3 tsp oil
Salt to taste
PROCEDURE:
- In a saucepan put oil ,add mustard,When it starts popping , add methi seeds and green chillies and fry
- Add turmeric powder,and chopped onion and saute for 5 minutes
- Add gobi florets ,salt and cover till half done
- Add chopped tomato and cook
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice or roti
Note:dont add water to this sabji while cooking.
