Buttermilk Kokum Kadi
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup buttermilk
4 tsp kokum syrup
2 tsp oil
Salt and sugar to taste
2 green chillies
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2tsp mustard
curry leaves
chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
PROCEDURE:
- In a bowl mix butter milk,salt ,sugar and kokum syrup
- Add 1/4 cup water if needed
- Add the tempering
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
- Serve chilled with hot rice
- You can also drink it as an apetizer .
