Prawn rolls
This recipe belongs to Chef CHINU VAZE.- But i've used my own marination !!Tastes very yummy!!Very good starter for your party !!
INGREDIENTS:
8 deveined, cleaned prawns (with tail)
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
For marination:
1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1.5 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp finely chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp cumon powder
1 tsp lime juice
Marinate the prawns with the above ingredients for 1/2 an hour.
FOR THE WRAP:
1 cup maida
3 tsp oil
Salt to taste
PROCEDURE:
- Knead the tight dough with little water and keep for 1/2 an hour
- Devide the dough into lemon size balls and roll into thin rotis
- Cut into rectangular pieces
- Take one piece and keep one prawn on roti and start rolling it from one end
- Seal the end with little water and deep fry into golden brown , crispy rolls
- Enjoy with tomato ketchup
